Return Policy

If you would like to return your order, please contact us at byhaida.studio@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving it.

Items must be returned unworn, unused and in their original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service, as BYHAIDA cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Once your return has been received and checked, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty.
  • Custom or personalised items cannot be returned.
  • Items that are worn, damaged or returned in unsuitable condition may not be eligible for a refund.
  • If you are returning an order from outside the UK, please mark the parcel as “RETURNED GOODS” to help avoid customs charges.


Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please email us at byhaida.studio@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue.

Unclaimed Packages
If a parcel is returned to us because it was unclaimed or the delivery details were incorrect, any additional shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.
